What Each 2025 Buick Encore GX Trim Offers

Preferred

The Encore GX Preferred is Buick’s base model. The Preferred comes equipped with a 1.2L Ecotec Turbo engine, featuring 30mpg highway fuel economy and 31mpg in the city. It is capable of up to 137 horsepower. If you’re wanting more power, a 1.3L option is available for you to consider. However, it’s important to note that the 1.2L is not available for higher trims.

The Preferred comes with the essentials, along with an array of optional features. All trims come standard with an 11″ diagonal touchscreen infotainment system, an 8″ Driver Information Center, 6-speaker audio systems, and a trial subscription of SiriusXM radio, which automatically expires unless you choose to keep it. Optional features include Adaptive Cruise Control, an Advanced Technology Package (control volume levels, phone calls, and more directly through the steering wheel), All-weather floor liners and mats, and so much more.

Inside, innovative technology abounds. The new 33-inch curved LED infotainment display is the hero of the virtual cockpit, spanning about two-thirds of the dashboard. It features Google built-in compatibility, which offers both touch and voice control. The thick-rimmed performance steering wheel includes a V-Mode button, a leather-wrapped horn pad, and alloy paddle shifters. Up to five passengers can ride comfortably, with plenty of legroom for adults in the rear, and the trunk offers 11.9 cubic feet of cargo volume.
