I was an hour early and wasn’t even mentioned! My guy was awesome! I can’t think of his name right now but he was awesome. Can’t say enough good things with my visit yesterday.

Chase worked with me very well and helped with many things, patient and smart young man. Also, Drew in the service department goes beyond his duties, he actually stepped out of his busy job to pick me up.

The service was quick, everyone was friendly. Received a quote on a repair and was not as expensive as I was thinking, just waiting for the call back on when they can get my car in to repair the part. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed for a bunch of extras that really didn’t need done. Overall a great experience! Definitely will continue to use you guys for continued maintenance

Had to have major engine repair done. Took longer than expected but you all worked to keep the costs down as best as possible and everything seems to be working and running properly now

I arrived about 10 minutes early and my truck was brought in immediately. An oil change, tire rotation, and 2 recalls fixed in a little over an hour.

My salesmen was Demetrius. Right from the beginning he was amazing. He wasn’t trying to push me to buy anything. He was also very good at walking me through pricing and different features of the car. He also rode with me during my test drive for both vehicles and walked me through different features then. I would 10/10 recommend him to my friends who are looking to buy. This was my first time buying a car and he helped eliminate the added worries and stress of a salesmen scamming me. THANK YOU DEMETRIUS!

I wasn’t very happy with the experience. When I arrived for my remote starter to be put in, the guy was very rude. Asked who I spoke with on the phone. I told him I wasn’t sure and he said you don’t know who you talked to on the phone? I said no, I can’t remember his name. He asked me if it was a manager or a salesman. I said I didn’t know and then he asked me if the part was in? I said I’m not sure I was just told to drop my truck off Friday morning. Then he asked again who I spoke to? And I said I didn’t know and he laughed. Not very friendly people. Would never recommend anyone going there

I called Coughlin Marysville to have vin checked to see if a special warranty applied to my truck. They confirmed that my truck was covered under a special warranty for the glow plugs so they scheduled me an appointment. I show up early in the morning for the appointment drop my truck off drive 45 minutes back home because they didn’t have any rentals for whatever reason….No sooner than I walk in my door I receive a message saying my truck is not covered because it has a rebuilt title. Why was I not made aware of this while I was on the phone having my vin ran two weeks prior? This was nothing but a huge waste of my time my wife’s time and gasoline driving back-and-forth. I will never go back to this dealership due to their unprofessional practices.

Really enjoyed my experience with salesman Chase. He was courteous, thoughtful and very helpful. Don’t know if I got the greatest deal available, or the best amount for my car because I didn’t negotiate on prices, but I just decided I had to trust Chase and be satisfied with my purchase. Now, I just hope my new Trax lives up to my expectations!!

Everything went great but it’s the second time I’ve been there for services and by time I get home. The wiper fluid display pops up stating, low wiper fluid.

My car was making a squealing sound. They discovered it was my brakes. Of course the car didn't make the sound when I took it in. They had to find the problem themselves. It was repaired at the appointment. Good experience.

On short notice an appointment was made. Service Manager Jodi was very helpful and quickly replied to all our Txt questions as well as phone calls. Very good service!

It took some time but I feel like the best outcome was achieved. Most importantly Branden Goody went above and beyond in an effort to make the sale possible. He is someone I would recommend to any of my family and friends.

It took almost two hours for an oil change and rotation. It really doesn't make sense for me to drive 20+ minutes both ways for this kind of wait. I realize it was very hot that day and that could slow service. But, this isn't the first time I've had a long wait like this. When I schedule a time for this, I feel like it should be completed faster. Otherwise, what's the point of scheduling.

Sales rep tried to shove a truck on me to purchase that I wasn’t even able to test drive. When we asked for options he wouldn’t even humor the idea of anything else he was pushing what he wanted and didn’t care about what I wanted

Scheduled my first service online and got in within an hour. Service was friendly, waiting area was clean and quiet, employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance was done quickly and properly.

Staff was very professional, they did a great job in servicing my vehicle, I just showed up and had a few questions about my Chevy Express 3500 and they were nice enough to have a mechanic come out in the lot and check it out and then they worked me then to where I could get my transmission fluid serviced as I was leaving on a long trip in the morning, so five stars to the team at coughlin, That's the place to take your vehicle for any issues or routine maintenance!

Went in to get brake rechecked because they were squeezing. Brake were checked and I left. On the way home breaks were louder than before and continue to get louder

Drew was very courteous and knowledgeable. My appointment was very last minute but Drew was able to get my truck in to be looked at for the DEF system performance issue it had. Knowing that I would be without transportation, a loaner vehicle was supplied to me, which enabled me to leave the truck for as long as required to get it diagnosed and repaired, which was super nice. I got my truck back and everything is great! Thanks!

Clean and efficient service department. Service manager (Drew) very helpful. Disappointed my truck was returned very dirty and covered with bugs from their test drives and was not washed prior to picking up. Been a GM vehicle owner for over 40 years. My truck started having issues 1 year and 4,000 miles from the end of the warranty. The Allstate extended warranty purchased at dealership did not cover this issue with my 2019 Silverado transmission. I also had to pay over half for the cost for repair of my air conditioning and engine cooler oil leak.

Dealership was Unable to replicate the noise the car is making after having the car for nearly 1 week. I have heard the noise almost daily since I picked it up on 9/2/25. I sent a follow up text but got no reply.

good day, nice enough experience. the long wait wasn’t great. But more importantly, the waiting room is sparsely appointed, all artificial light (and one of the lights was out which only gloomed up the room that much more. With so much warm happy natural light streaming into the windows of the sales floor, this was a depressing place to be parked for 3 hours. Ugh. Make it nicer in there and you’ll have much happier guests

Oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. 1 tire low pressure, wasn't filled to correct psi. Unit has a recall was never discussed with me.

Oil change, was unable to locate the GPS Problem and did not seem to notice problem with acceleration after left or right turns

The technicians treated me like I was stupid and did not believe that there was an issue with my car, even after showing them videos and pictures of my car having issues. One of the technicians even admitted that the Chevy tracks was having issues and still did not believe me.

I thought the wait was a bit long—2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. But the waiting room was nice, people were friendly. Only one more problem. The day after I was there, my light about “low air” on a tire warned me. I’m going in today to have it filled, but why now after everything was checked?? Disappointing.

I was in for an oil chg, tire rotation and 2 new wiper blades. I brought the truck in at 11:30 and left the building @2:20 !!!! That’s a long time. When checking out I asked about air pressure in tires and that when they were checked…..

The lady working the desk in the service department/garage was very nice and professional, so that is why I am putting 2 stars. Other than my interaction with her, I would give it 1 star. I was quoted $5k worth of service to be done and not a single person there explained anything on the paper of what was needed. Extremely disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend and will never return due to that.

I had an appointment set for 930. When I arrived I was told there were 3 vehicles ahead of me. When an appointment is made for an oil change, I dont feel as though I should have to wait an hour and a half.

I do not believe that the Automatic Emergency Braking is working on my vehicle and the Dealership tells me that it cannot be tested. I have never heard of such. There has to be a way to test it.

The team at Coughlin, Marysville worked with me in finding the right truck. I have looked for two months and Coughlin went the extra mile to offer me the right truck, for the right price. From finding the truck to the signing of the documents they were top shelf!
