From the beginning, there were plenty of things we wanted to do. And now, once again, we're going to do the right thing. We're helping reduce emissions in the air we all breathe by investing in carbon-reducing initiatives. Chevy runs deep.



Chevrolet wanted to help the environment. And help local communities too. Chevrolet is pleased to say, They're doing both. Every carbon-reducing project Chevrolet invest in will be based in the U.S., and each will be focused in one of three areas: renewable energy, energy efficiency programs and planting trees.

Progress is already underway. Two community wind projects responsible for creating clean energy in the Midwest are being explored. Chevrolet is also looking at a wind turbine project in the planning stages that would help power several schools, as well as two landfill gas capture and destruction projects.
