This is the first brand new car I've ever...
This is the first brand new car I've ever bought...I decided to buy it since the payments for a new car were just as affordable as a car a couple years old. I like the car and so far, only had it for a week, the car is fine and I am happy with this purchase. However, the car was supposed to come with a 6 month OnStar subscription, when I tried to set this up they told me that this car was registered to another owner..that was kind of disappointing as then it didn't feel like a new car...knowing it had been registered to another owner. I had to go back to the dealership to have them reset the account...which they did and still it's not right as OnStar is only honoring 5 months due to the car already being registered to someone else...now I'm going to have to go back to the dealership...I know this is a small matter but it's an inconvenience and it dampens the excitement of buying my first new car.

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox and traded in my Chevy Malibu. They had exactly the model I was looking for and I felt they gave me a fair trade amount for my trade in. Bob Matthews was very helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt that I was being pressured to buy like I have at other dealerships which immediately turns me off from buying. I would definitely refer someone to Coughlin Chevrolet.

I stopped by on my way back from picking...
I stopped by on my way back from picking up material in Columbus on a whim. My truck was dirty and had the material hanging out of the back. Coughlin still offered a decent deal for my trade in spite of the outward appearance. I latter he same day stopped by our local Chevy dealer that always advertises that they "BEAT ALL DEALS". They didn't!
